Chief Security Officer - Leadership Role in Kalimantan Timur

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with other departments to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals on-site, including employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight to the security department.
• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement security strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• In-depth knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Certification in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Certified Executive Protection Professional (CEPP).
• Experience working in a high-risk environment, such as a mining or industrial setting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations, as needed.
