As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, supervising staff, and ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are maintained.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
  • Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Monitor and report on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's strategic plan.
  • Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and meets all health and safety standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
