📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including stock management and customer service.,Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions, managing cash, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service to both walk-in customers and online shoppers.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Support the sales team by providing product information and recommendations.,Assist in preparing and organizing sales reports and inventory records.,Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Assist in training new staff and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software is a plus.,Proven ability to work well in a team environment.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
