📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain a strong candidate database and ensure efficient communication with applicants.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and onboarding.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract the right talent.,Support the Talent Acquisition team in performance evaluations and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
