📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align project outcomes with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase project progress and deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in high-profile projects.
• Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
