📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management, payroll, and insurance.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events, such as team-building activities and training sessions.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports and managing HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
