Camp Star Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in sales and account management to start their career in a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed client expectations.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Assist in the development of new business proposals and presentations.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and account management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of sales and account management software and tools is a plus.,Familiarity with the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
