As a Kitchen Assistant / Cook Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. Every day, you'll be preparing ingredients, assisting the head chef in cooking traditional Korean dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Preparing ingredients and assisting the head chef in cooking traditional Korean dishes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes and cleaning work areas.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Learning and adhering to kitchen procedures and standards.
• Assisting with food presentation and plating.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
• Assisting with special events and promotions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Passion for food and desire to learn and grow in a culinary environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
