📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage collections for clients across Southeast Asia, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams using Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese, Thai, Vietnamese, and Khmer.
• Resolve customer issues and disputes, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on collection performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.
• Use Salesforce and QuickBooks to manage client data and transactions.
• Provide training and support to junior staff as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese (Hong Kong), Thai, Vietnamese, and Khmer.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
