Indonesia Frozen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Distribution Officer to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our frozen products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and distribution, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the distribution team to ensure efficient and timely delivery of frozen products.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to meet customer demands and ensure product availability.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Develop and maintain distribution routes and schedules to optimize delivery efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor distribution operations and address any issues.,Provide training and support to distribution team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to improve overall distribution processes and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution and logistics management.,Proven track record of successfully managing distribution operations and teams.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using distribution management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Sulawesi Selatan.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
