📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in the organization of promotions and sales events.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
