📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Crusher Plant, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.
• Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of aggregates.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of crushing and screening equipment.
• Train and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the aggregates meet specified standards.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aggregates production and crusher plant operations.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing production teams.
• Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment and processes.
• Certification in Safety Management (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
