📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
