You'll leverage your deep knowledge of our vehicle lineup, including the latest models like the ID.4, Golf, and Tiguan, to deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best Volkswagen vehicles and financing options
• Provide exceptional pre-sales and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen models, features, and promotions
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in premium or luxury segment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian automotive market and customer preferences
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
