CV Restu Teratai is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles for deliveries and other transportation needs.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, and coordinate with mechanics for repairs and servicing.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure timely refueling of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to vehicle use and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Provide regular reports on fleet status and performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus.,Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for vehicle operation in Sulawesi Selatan.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
