In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee benefits and compensation,Lead HR training and development programs,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven track record in recruitment and talent management,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR software and tools
