📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Organize and manage employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English is a plus.
