📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and smooth workflow.,Ensure the quality and safety of all food products by following food safety regulations and standards.,Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Staff or similar role in a food service establishment.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
