📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives.,Manage the procurement process from vendor selection to contract negotiation and execution.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms.,Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic procurement.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract management.,Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
