📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and mentoring a team of sales consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to team members.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participating in training and development programs for team members.
• Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
