📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of M&E systems for construction and A&A projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
• Leverage industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other M&E design tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a proven track record in construction and A&A projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other M&E design tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications in M&E engineering or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
