📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to address production issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using statistical process control (SPC) tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing software is a plus.
