📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs and materials that align with our company's goals and objectives.,Identify and analyze learning needs and gaps within our organization.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure learning initiatives are integrated into our overall business strategy.,Provide support and guidance to employees on their learning and development journey.,Measure and report on the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for remote learners.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
