Create and maintain a visually appealing and on-brand design for our digital and print materials,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies,Ensure all design work meets quality standards and deadlines,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members,Manage and mentor junior designers as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design,Proven experience in creating designs for digital and print materials,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and projects,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Familiarity with design principles and best practices
