📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to drive product adoption and customer success.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of technical products and services offered by the company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
