📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including chillers, compressors, and condensers.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot system malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support to warehouse staff and other departments as needed.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance data for future reference.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery efforts as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance.
• Certification as a Refrigeration Technician or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems, including chillers, compressors, and condensers.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and HVAC controls.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
