Planning Supervisor - Project Management & Coordination

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project activities are aligned with the overall project plan.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project managers, team leads, and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their project planning skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in project management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning and coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge and experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2) is a plus.
