We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and Tax Specialist to support our financial operations in Bali. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry, using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and SAP. As an Accounting and Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing tax filings, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
In this role, you will work closely with our finance team to manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English.
