📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on fashion trends and styles.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing boutique display.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and new arrivals to ensure our inventory is fresh and appealing.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Promote special events, sales, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in fashion or boutique settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.
• Passionate about fashion and staying updated with the latest trends.
