As a Corporate Governance & Compliance Manager at PT Admin Holdings Indonesia, you'll be at the forefront of maintaining our company's integrity and reputation. You'll work closely with our executive team to develop and implement policies that align with regulatory requirements, such as those set by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Your expertise will be crucial in navigating the complex landscape of corporate governance, ensuring our clients and stakeholders trust in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and assess risks related to corporate governance, ensuring they are managed effectively and reported to the board of directors.
• Conduct regular audits and internal reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the executive team on corporate governance matters, including board meetings and committee activities.
• Prepare and present reports to the board of directors, highlighting key corporate governance issues and recommendations for action.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate governance and compliance.
• Collaborate with external legal and consulting firms to ensure our corporate governance framework is robust and effective.
• Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization, promoting a strong commitment to corporate governance principles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate governance laws and regulations, including those related to the OJK and IDX.
• Proven experience in risk management and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and the board of directors.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Certification in corporate governance or compliance (e.g., CPA, CMA, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with corporate governance software and tools, such as BoardEffect, GovernanceXpress, or similar.
