📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Track and report on sales performance using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
