📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative fintech solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Optimize application performance and user experience, and implement best practices for security and data protection.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply new knowledge to improve our products and services.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide support to end-users and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with React, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with MongoDB, SQL databases, and other relevant backend technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud, and experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and clients.
